We collect personal data to deliver the requested projects and services. Eg. When you

What personal data do we collect and why
We collect and process the following personal data for the purposes described in our personal data policy.
User and contact information. We collect and process the contact information you give us in the form of name, address, telephone number, e-mail and country information when you register as
- Customer at Stay inn.
- If you contact our customer service.
- If you participate in one of our competitions or events.
We process your contact information so that we can confirm and deliver your purchases; or for you to participate in one of our competitions or events. If you make a purchase, we pass on information in the form of delivery addresses to third parties in accordance with this privacy policy. In addition, we collect your user and contact information in order to be able to send you relevant marketing if you have given separate consent to this.
Payment and invoicing information . We collect and process your payment and billing information when you make a purchase. We save your payment and invoicing information to make it easier for you to buy our products in the future. The legitimate interests are to create, deliver, provide support and maintain innovative products and services for you as a customer.
To whom we pass on your personal data
We only pass on your personal data when it is necessary to deliver our service to you or if it follows from a legal obligation that rests on us as the data controller.
When it is necessary to pass on your information, we have a high standard for processing personal data. We go to great lengths to ensure that everyone we pass on your information to complies with the personal data legislation in force at any given time.
As part of being able to deliver the best service to you, we are currently passing on your personal data to the following categories of suppliers and business partners:
Online payment providers . If you make a purchase on our website, we pass on your personal data in the form of card or account details to an online payment provider for the purpose of making the payment.
Carrier companies . If you make a purchase on our website, we pass on your personal data in the form of name and shipping/delivery information to an independent carrier with the aim of being able to deliver to the specified delivery location.

How long we store your personal data
We store your personal data as long as it is necessary according to the stated purposes. Other than that:
- For personal data covered by the Bookkeeping Act, we store this data for a period of five (5) years from the end of the financial year to which the data relates, unless we have another materially relevant purpose for storage.
- For information covered by the general complaint period, we store this information for a period of two (2) years from the time the complaint period begins, unless we have another factually relevant purpose for storage.
Personal information that is no longer necessary according to the stated purposes will be deleted or anonymized.
Security
We have adopted internal rules on information security, which contain instructions and measures that protect your personal data from being destroyed, lost/altered, unauthorized disclosure and accidental access.
We have fixed procedures for granting access rights to those of our employees who process your personal data, and we control their actual access through logging and supervision.
To avoid data loss, we regularly back up our data sets and use encryption where necessary.
Our employees are trained and will continuously be further trained in the handling of personal data.
