If you have been unlucky enough to receive a defective item, you must fill in our complaint form below and send by email.

About product complaints

Once we have received your complaint, we will process it as quickly as possible and remedy the deficiency as best we can. Based on your photos, we will assess whether the complaint is based on a production or material fault, or whether it may due to normal wear and tear.

If we assess that the complaint is justified, we will typically be able to remedy the deficiency by delivering a replacement.

Stay inn naturally acts under the Purchase Act and the guidelines drawn up by the Danish Consumer Agency. This means, among other things, that you as a customer of Stay inn has a 24-month right to complain about errors or defects in the product from the time you received the product. You must make a complaint within a reasonable time after you have ascertained the error or deficiency. A timely, justified complaint means that you can either get the product repaired, get a price reduction or get your money back, depending on the specific situation.

The right to complain expires if the error or deficiency is caused by the buyer, for example as a result of incorrect use or repair or as a result of normal wear and tear.

  1. Your order number (you can find it on your order confirmation)
  2. Pictures of the problem
  3. Description of the problem
  4. Your full name
