Return & cancellation

It's perfectly okay to change your mind, and you can of course cancel, change your order, or return your item. However, there are some things you need to know and be aware of if you want to return or cancel your purchase.

Return

You always have a 14-day full right of return from the day you receive your goods when you shop at Stay inn.

Please note that it is your own responsibility and expense to return the goods to Stay inn. Remember to save your postal receipt as documentation that the goods have been shipped. Stay inn does not accept packages sent for collection or cash on delivery.

Before you send an item back, you must contact customer service at info@stayinn.dk

We will transfer the paid amount to your account after we have received the item(s) you have returned. We will only refund to the credit card you used to purchase the items. This is to reduce the risk of misuse of stolen cards.

Note: If you have received free shipping on purchases over 499,-, a shipping fee of 49,- will be deducted from your return.

The condition of the item and its original packaging

Returned goods must be in good and undamaged condition.

You can return a purchase within 14 days, provided the item is unused and unopened. Please note that the original packaging of the item must be intact.

Unclaimed packages

If you refuse to receive or fail to pick up your package, the package will be automatically returned to Stay inn, after which we will refund the amount to your payment card within 2 weeks. Please note, however, that with this type of cancellation, you are responsible for the return shipping + service fee of DKK 60.
